Order confirmation and shipping policies

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your user account and password. You will receive an order confirmation via email.

We currently offer shipping within India to all major cities and towns. All orders are processed within 1-3 business days and delivery. Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. Estimated delivery time varies based on location and chosen shipping method (typically takes 3-7 business days).

 

We are actively working to expand our reach and will soon begin international shipping to serve our global customers who appreciate the beauty of Indian handloom fabrics.
